Delete your account

You can delete your Trintrin account at any time, from the app.
- Open Trintrin and go to Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with “Yes, delete my account”.
What is deleted
Your name, phone number, email, addresses and the notification token on your phone are erased, and you can no longer sign in.
What is kept
Past orders stay in our records without your name, because shops need them for their accounts.
Can’t open the app?
Message us on WhatsApp from the number on your account, and we will delete it for you and let you know when it is done.
